Otago Polytechnic present Farm to Fork Chef Challenge


Be part of this live cooking challenge as four top chefs from Dunedin’s best restaurants go head to head. Supported by four Otago Polytechnic culinary students, the chefs will showcase the very best from the south. A mystery box challenge using only fresh local ingredients and 90 minutes to plan and deliver, each chef will be vying to present the judges with an exceptionally delicious starter and main course. Pick up some tasty tips and exciting recipe ideas!
